Housing in California

I am still unsuccessful in finding housing. I have been in contact with one gentleman who seems to go back and forth about the condo. He did call earlier today to chat and let me know that he should know this evening what he will do. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will all work out and I will have a place to live.
