California Housing

I am still having a hard time finding housing in California. But, there may be a possibility of a condo for me. A little more than I wanted to pay per month, but utilities seem to be much more affordable there...they do not use air conditioners much at the beach. This is all dependent on the guy's decision to purchase or not. So, keeping fingers crossed that I will know something in the next few days. This will make it much easier on the east coast as far as packing is concerned.
