Yaay! For Hot Water

My basement is almost dry and I have hot water again! Yaaay! The plumber finished installing a new water heater and getting the flues for the water heater and furnace up to code about 3:30 this afternoon. So, by 4:15, I was able to take a nice hot shower. It felt good. Maybe the sun is peeking out from behind the clouds?!
