I Wish...

...it would stop raining on the Sarah household! I got up this morning to take a shower and found freezing cold water coming out of the shower head. No, no, no! So, I went to the basement to find water all over the floor. I called work to let them know that I wouldn't be there and to cancel my appointments for the day. I tried to get my normal plumber guy here and had to leave a message...maybe people aren't at work before 8 am when you need them?! I called another place and they were sending someone out. In the meantime, my guy called and gave me an estimate. With the first guys here, I called the other back and left a message. He called me right back and let me know that he could do it for several hundred less! Sent the first guys on their way. They were very nice about it. So, the water heater is being drained and my plumber went to get the parts he needs to get me up and running again.

So, the rain:
1. A guy backs into the corner of my house and damages the roofline and gutter. That is finally replaced on my bill this last couple of weeks. The tree guy is a scum and was denying he caused the damage to the house. BBB has a complaint on file for him. Now I need to file a complaint to the Maryland Home Improvement Commission since he told me he was insured and licensed.
2. My cat has cancer.
3. A tree falls into my neighbors fence and I have to have that replaced. That was completed in the last week.
4. The above mentioned water heater and losing a day at work.

The sun:
1. I am doing well in school.
2. I love my job which I am missing today to be able to take care of my water heater.
3. I have really great friends and my mom.

I am sure there is more and more that I could go on about. But, I think I will leave it at that for now.
