An Outing Day

What a day! I went to sleep around 1:30 this morning. I awoke to rolling thunder around 3:30 am. It kept me awake for about 45 minutes. What a thunderstorm! Does that mean snow? Got up early to go to Rehoboth, DE for some outlet shopping with a couple of friends. It was a fun day despite the off-and-on again rain. On our way home, the temperature dropped from about 54 degrees to 39 degrees in a matter of about 30 minutes. Then...rain and snow mix to snow and sleet and strong winds. No snow accumulated. Any indication of winter coming? It has definitely been a strange season. I was wearing flip-flops yesterday while running some errands. It was a good day and I enjoyed the time with my friends.
