Time Flying By

It seems like time has flown by since I last posted. Well, there isn't much to report. Met the person of interest. But, we have had minimal contact since. I have gone on several dates. One was just out. The mannerisms were nothing significant alone, but together became atrocious. Number one, listen to the person when they tell you they don't eat something and don't order that particular thing for an appetizer to share! And, don't tell someone you have to sell yourself to them. To me, that means you aren't being yourself. Just be yourself! Ok, enough of that. There was more, believe me. However, I have recently talked to one guy that seems very nice and I would like to meet.

I have been working to fill my time off from school. I know, I don't sit still too long before I need something to do. I also got out and worked in my yard on Monday and Tuesday. It no longer looks neglected...other than the huge tree limbs that are hanging on the sidewalk in front waiting on the county to come remove them (came down in a storm while I was in the OBX). Three people have called and they told us 30-45 days before they would be taken care of. NICE!

I did spend a bit of time looking at possible internship sites. I am hoping to stay in this area. It is definitely risky. But, it would be nice since I have a job lined up for when I graduate. And, maybe I will be dating someone?! A girl can dream, can't she? I turned in my list to the training department. I guess we will find out which ones the school will "allow" us to apply to. Keeping my fingers crossed! Maybe I should cross my toes too?!
