What's Going on in My Life...

It seems like a lot of my latest blogs deal with school and my CRP. Not that surprising, I guess, since that is mostly what my life is about as of late. But, there are other things going on in my life too. Here is a quick breakdown...

I joined eHarmony in hopes of meeting some nice guys to date with the possibility of meeting the right one. I don't get out much and finally succumbed to internet dating. This is something that I had thought about and rejected numerous times. However, after talking to several friends who have met significant others this way, I broke down and decided to try it. It has been an interesting process thus far. And, I have a date for tomorrow evening with one guy.

I have also been spending some time trying to get my yard in shape and working on my flower beds. One of them was started about a year or so ago. And, I am glad to say that with just a couple of hours here and there, it is almost finished. The only thing left is to plant the border plants and finish mulching the beds. They look great, if I say so myself. I love the creativity and planning of my flower beds. And I find it to be therapeutic in my hectic life.

I am heading to NC this weekend for what will likely be the last time until August. I am planning on seeing one of my friends who recently was stationed back at Fort Bragg. I think it has been about three years since we have seen each other. He was stationed in Washington (the state) and spent a tour in Afghanistan. I am looking forward to catching up in person.

I guess that is about all that is happening in my life other than school.
