Too Darn Hot

I cannot stand this heat! I am so ready for Fall to approach and cool things down a little. It seems like I recall last summer as being fairly mild. That is definitely not the case this summer. It is too darn hot! This heat keeps me indoors as much as possible. It is too bad since I don’t seem to have a lot of time during school to get out and do things. I am just hoping for a cool down before school starts to get out and do a couple of things.

My ideal temp year round would be between 70 and 75 degrees. I have come up with two solutions for the heat. The first is to become like the snowbirds. I could live up north in the summer months (although that is not a guarantee for cooler temps) and go to Florida in the winter months. That doesn't seem to be doable with my career choice. I am not sure that clients would like me to leave for 6 months at a time. The other is to suck it up and stay indoors on those really hot days. I like the South too much. And, we have air conditioners!
