Keeping Fingers Crossed

I might have found a place to live. I will know at the end of the month. If the person has not rented the condo by May 1st, it will be mine to rent while I am in Cali if we agree on the terms. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will work out for me to rent this place. I love the community and had thought about purchasing or leasing there from the time I heard about it and saw the area. It would mean living on the water! Woohoo!!
