Housing in Cali

I went to California this past weekend. It was a good weekend. I looked at condos which I fell in love with. Now the decision is whether or not to sell my house and buy there. Or, to lease my house out and rent there. Who knew how stressful these decisions could be. I also found out that Dalmatians are on the breed restriction list for apartment complexes. Thus, I would have to rent from a private person if I were to lease.

My goal is to live in Channel Islands Harbor which is at Oxnard, Ventura County. The marina is awesome and I would be really close to the beach. And, they have a farmer's market every Sunday. As well, they have concerts and plays near by. Temperatures there average in the mid 60s during the day. Should be nice living. And, one of my peers and her husband want to live there too. If all works out, it could be an awesome year.
