Orthopedic Surgeon Report

So, all went well this morning. Took several x-rays. They all looked good. My patellas are a little tilted but nothing to write home about. So, it is his thought that the cartilage may be softening causing the pain and swelling. So, I will take an anti-inflammatory and can start working out again with some restrictions as to what I can and can't do. But, easy enough to work around. So, that is good news!
